To change your trading account password, please log in to your Client Area and follow the steps below:
Go to Accounts > Account Overview.
Select your trading account.
Click “Change Password” and set a new password.
You will receive an email with instructions to confirm or complete the password reset. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Password Requirements
Your new password must:
Contain at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
Contain at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
Include at least one digit (0–9)
Include at least one special character (e.g., !@#$%)
Be at least 8 characters long
