To close your trading account or entire profile, please submit a request via your Client Area.
Before requesting closure, please ensure that:
You have withdrawn all available funds, or
Transferred any remaining balance to another one of your trading accounts (if applicable)
Kindly specify the trading account number you wish to close when submitting your request.
If you would like to close your entire profile, please note that your registered email address will no longer be available for future use.
