INFINOX processes withdrawal requests within 24 business hours.

Once your withdrawal shows a “Successful” status, it means your request has been approved and processed on our side. At this stage, the transaction is being handled by the payment gateway.

Depending on the withdrawal method used, it may take 1–3 working days, and in some cases up to 5 business days, for the funds to be fully processed and reflected in your account.
