Accepted documents for Identity Verification:

• Passport

• National ID Card

• Driver’s License

• Resident Card

In some regions, Proof of Address (issued within the last 3 months) may also be required as part of the verification process.

You may use one document for both identity and address verification if your ID clearly shows your residential address (for example, a driver’s license). However, in some cases, separate documents may still be requested.

Accepted documents for Proof of Address:

• Bank account statement (issued within the last 3 months)

• Utility bill (issued within the last 3 months)
  Accepted utility bills include: electricity, water, landline phone, internet, and TV connection

• Revenue Authority certificate (valid for 1 year from the issue date)

• Residence certificate (valid for 1 year from the issue date)

Important Notes

• Mobile phone bills are not accepted as proof of address.
