Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method used:

• Cryptocurrency: T + 1 working day

• Local bank transfers: 1–3 working days

• Wire transfers: 5–7 working days

• Credit/Debit cards: 2–10 working days

Please note that withdrawals are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday). If you submit a withdrawal request on Friday, processing will begin on the next business day (Monday).

If your withdrawal status shows “Successful”, this means your request has been approved and processed on our side. The transaction is now being handled by the payment gateway, and the funds will be credited according to the timeframe of your chosen payment method.
